Hans has a substantial TV experience at a management level. He has been executive producer on TV4, CEO at GE-Television, entertainment manager on Meter Film and TV (started Big Brother and Who wants to be a millionaire). His own company The Production Company (TV, Web and magazine) was acquired by the Dutch television company Eyeworks (today Warner Bros.).
After six years at Eyeworks/WB he became Nordic CEO of the British television giant ITV Studios. Hans has also created several TV formats that were sold internationally.
Lise is an experienced journalist specializing in documentaries and storytelling.
She brings a decade of production experience from feature documentaries, crime, large TV-shows, entertainment and reality productions for all the large broadcasters in Sweden.
Paolo has an extensive experience both as a creator and creative director. He has written screenplays for several major films, spanning different genres, such as Sweden’s official Oscar contribution (2012) The Hypnotist. As head of development at the Svensk Filmindustri (SF), he supervised scripted content to several major film projects.
Paolo has also written internationally, such as the screenplay for the Philippine feature film Abomination. He also works with new media, where his YouTube series reaches a multimillion audience.
Ann has a vaste experience from the event- & TV-business as a project manager, production- and financial manager.
Among the TV productions she has worked with are Idol, Big Brother and Dansbandskampen. Ann has worked as Finacial manager at Endemol Nordic (Sweden) and AltoCumulus (Ax:son Johnson family office) and as CFO at addCIT (Digital communication solutions).
Börje is behind some of Swedish film and television’s most famous productions and has laid the very foundation for what is now known as Nordic Noir, with the 24 first Beck films that he produced in 1996–2005. His production ranges from music videos with ABBA to major international productions such as Lasse Hallström’s The Hypnotist, Grabben i graven bredvid, Tomten är far till alla barnen, Jönssonligan spelar högt and Vi hade i alla fall tur med vädret. These are some of the well-known titles that today are considered as classics.
In 1988 Börje founded Filmlance, today Sweden’s largest producer of television drama.
Alexander is an experienced producer and technical director and coordinator. He is among other things behind the construction of TV4’s studios and technically demanding start-up to large scale TV-productions such as Idol, Big Brother, the Farm, Jeopardy and Survivor. As a director and producer Alexander introduced film methodology in television productions and this became the link between content and technology.
Alexander’s production experience ranges from morning news, sports, large TV-shows, entertainment, TV-galas to drama series.
Tina is a developer with a wide-ranging experience from various media such as TV-production, advertising, web, drama, newspapers and radio.
Tina has developed TV-productions for a several of the major broadcasters in Sweden. She has a broad knowledge as a developer, project manager, editor, and/or producer with varied types of TV-content, drama, lifestyle, reality shows, documentaries, crime and entertainment.
